The Office of Teacher Education is committed to providing a comprehensive graduate level education program tailored for pre-service teachers. Our areas of responsibility include:
*Approved by the Bilkent University Senate in December 2016, and by the Board of Trustees in February 2017
- Academic and professional preparation via our Master's degree program
- Local and international internship programs
- International Baccalaureate Certificate in Teaching and Learning recognition, review and renewal processes
- Communication with stakeholders
- Program publicity and student recruitment
- Other responsibilities, such as selecting faculty members, and planning and managing the budget
